Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.
However, we will gladly replace or refund products in the following situations:
- Items damaged during transit
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing defects
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dianaoflondon.store, along with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
Damaged or Defective Product
We ensure every product is carefully packed before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Please note that sale items, promotional products, or free gifts are not eligible for return or refund.
